Work schedule and the World Football Cup

Dear customers:

From June 14 to July 15, 2018, you will be enjoying the soccer World Cup, Russia 2018, in which our national team will be present. For many people this in addition to joy generates anguish, since in many cases the matches coincide with the working hours, for which, absenteeism occurs, late arrivals, fictitious disabilities, misuse of work tools, among others.

In view of the above, one way to avoid the faults noted is that companies are already organized to allow or authorize ways by which workers can see the national team play, this is important since the union of Collaborators improve the organizational climate and also avoid distractions or faults committed by workers as a result of being watchful of the game.

We must point out that this type of actions are totally voluntary on the part of the employer, being at their discretion to decide whether to generate these spaces or not, I feel that it is not obligated to do so, it is also important to mention that the permits to be implemented will depend on the type of functions performed by workers.

However, in the event that companies decide to grant these permits, we recommend clearly indicating by means of a statement the permitted parameters, in order to avoid future misunderstandings.

We are at your disposal for any questions or comments.
